Thank you for your interest in joining GPT Management Holding  (ABN 27 107 426 504) (GPT) online research community (the ‘Inner Circle'). If you choose to become a member of the Inner Circle, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions of membership.  

 

GPT and its Service Provider  

GPT uses a third party company to manage and maintain the Inner Circle on its behalf. Currently, this company is Platform One Australia Pty Ltd ABN 18 134 434 736 (the 'Service Provider'). In the event GPT appoints a new company to manage and maintain the Inner Circle, members will be notified via email. The Service Provider is registered with the Research Society, Australia’s peak body for market research. GPT is a corporate partner of the Research Society. 

 

Joining the Inner Circle 

Membership is only open to Australian residents who are 18 years of age or over. To join the Inner Circle, you will be directed to complete a profiling questionnaire that will be managed and hosted by the Service Provider, and asked to provide certain information about yourself. This information helps GPT to identify different types of GPT customers and assist GPT with its future market research activities.  

 

Once you submit your answers to the profiling questionnaire, and confirm your membership by clicking on the ‘Confirmation’ email link you will receive upon completion of the profiling questionnaire, you will become an active member of the Inner Circle.  

 

Participation in Research  

As a member of the Inner Circle, GPT or the Service Provider may contact you from time to time to take part in market research surveys about GPT's shopping centres offers, marketing and ideas. The online surveys you will be invited to participate in may be conducted and hosted by the Service Provider or other market research companies who have been engaged by GPT to conduct that survey on its behalf. By completing that survey, you consent to your name, email address and responses to that survey to be collected and managed by such third parties for the purpose of conducting that survey on behalf of GPT. Your contribution and feedback is very important because it will help GPT to ensure its centres meet customer expectations and needs. Participation in GPT’s market research surveys is at your discretion.  

 

Your Obligations  

If you wish to join the Inner Circle, you agree to the following:  

• you will register for the Inner Circle only once; and  

• all information that you provide as part of the profiling questionnaire you are required to complete as part of your registration or whenever you respond to any other surveys must be honest and your own responses to any questions you are asked.  

 

Ending your membership to the Inner Circle 

If you wish to end your membership from the Inner Circle, you can click on the unsubscribe link provided in any email sent to you as part of the Inner Circle. By ending your membership to the Inner Circle, you will be removed from the Inner Circle mailing list, however you may continue to receive other communications from or on behalf of GPT unless you have advised otherwise. GPT may end your membership to the Inner Circle at any time and without notice to you for any reason. The primary reason for doing this will be lack of research activity i.e. a prolonged period without you completing a survey. 

 

Privacy Policy  

GPT is committed to protecting your privacy. GPT will only use the information collected as part of The Inner Circle for GPT market research purposes only.  Any personal information collected about you in the course of your participation in the Inner Circle, will be undertaken in accordance with GPT’s Privacy Policy.  

 

Incentives  

In appreciation for participating in The Inner Circle, you will automatically be entered into a monthly prize draw (on the condition that you have completed at least one research activity during that month if an activity has been sent to you). GPT or the Service Provider will notify you of the details for each prize draw by email with each survey. If you are a winner of any incentive prize draw, you will be contacted by email by GPT or the Service Provider. Monthly winners are published here.

 

Emails  

You acknowledge and accept that GPT and the Service Provider may send you an email from time to time. Your email message content may be monitored by GPT employees for security issues including where e-mail abuse is suspected. GPT’s response to you may also be monitored for quality assurance purposes.

If you wish to make a complaint about your membership to the Inner Circle, please contact us at innercircle@gpt.com.au.

 

Acceptance and changes to Terms and Conditions  

You acknowledge and accept that your use of the Inner Circle indicates your acceptance of these Terms. GPT may at any time vary the Terms of Use by publishing the varied terms on the Inner Circle member hub website. You accept that by doing this, GPT has provided you with sufficient notice of the variation.
